Nationwide Top Producer to Bring Expertise to Burlington Area
STONEHAM, MA ─ July 17, 2012 ─ Mortgage Network, Inc., an industry leading independent mortgage lender, today announced that Billy Pierce has joined the team as a Sales Manager.
Billy comes to Mortgage Network, Inc. from Bank of America Home Loans where he was a Producing Branch Manager and member of the President’s Club (top 5% of producers nationwide). In 2010 and 2011, he was recognized for his personal production and was in the Platinum Club (top 1% nationwide). As a Branch Manager in 2011, he closed more than $500 million in loans. He managed the Burlington and Woburn offices and was consistently in the top 10 for Branch Production nationwide.
Prior to Bank of America Home Loans, Billy was at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage where he was a Home Mortgage Consultant. He has been a member of the Leaders Club four times during the years of 2001-2004 (top 5% originators nationwide). He was also a member of the President’s Club in 2005 and 2006 (top 1% of originators nationwide).
Billy is a native of Burlington and currently lives in Melrose with his wife and three children. He is a graduate of Boston University with a degree in U.S. History.
