STONEHAM, MA ─ July 23, 2012 ─ Mortgage Network, Inc., an industry leading independent mortgage lender, today announced that Carol Luddecke has joined the team as a Loan Officer at the Stoneham branch located at 105 Central Street, Suite 3500.
She brings over 10 years of industry expertise to the team with specialties in financing for purchases or refinances, equity loans for debt consolidation, divorce buyouts, college funding, home improvement and credit repair consulting.
Luddecke came to Mortgage Network, Inc. after three years as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Bank of America, where she was a President’s Club member (top 5% of loan officers nationwide). Prior to that, she was employed at First Call Mortgage, Lentegra Mortgage Group and Allied Home Mortgage Capital.
Luddecke is a graduate of Boston College with a degree in Education. She has lived in Arlington for 25 years where she is a member of St. Agnes Parish and where she has been active for many years as a volunteer webmaster for the town’s youth baseball programs.
