Here are answers to the questions that first-time homebuyers most frequently ask us:
A. No. As a direct lender we control your customer experience. If you are able to provide us with the requested documentation and be truly forthcoming with your entire financial picture, we can give you a quick firm answer that meets your needs... You will work with Mortgage Network professionals who are experts in every aspect of the process, from data entry to loan closing. Our employees will make sure you’re kept informed throughout the process.
A. You can apply over the telephone, vial mail or in person. You can also request more information or Begin a Consultation with no obligation, on our website. A loan officer will be available to assist you so that completing the application takes very little of your time. We are open extended weekday and weekend hours to make it easier and more convenient for you to complete the information.
A. As opposed to other lenders, we are not limited to our own product. We give you the same access to Wall Street that the bigger companies do, while leveraging a wide menu of correspondent relationships to find you the best possible financing solution. Obtaining your new mortgage through Mortgage Network is similar to hiring an expert to negotiate the best possible rate and program on your behalf.
A. Mortgage Network utilizes closing attorneys and title companies located in each of the states where we conduct business. The closing location and time are established between the borrower and the closing agent at a time and place that’s mutually convenient.
