Juan Gonzalez Joins Mortgage Network’s Mount Pleasant, South Carolina Branch Company’s newest loan officer says the demand for homes is high, so serious buyers should plan ahead
DANVERS, MA – October 7, 2020 – Mortgage Network, Inc., one of the largest independent mortgage lenders in the eastern U.S., announced that Juan Gonzalez has joined the company’s Mount Pleasant, South Carolina branch as a loan officer. A longtime area resident, Gonzalez will be responsible for helping Charleston area homebuyers and homeowners with all their mortgage financing needs.
Gonzalez (NMLS #2014886) was born and raised in Summerville, South Carolina and currently resides in Mount Pleasant. Prior to joining Mortgage Network, he spent several years in account executive roles with Blackbaud, a cloud software company serving organizations dedicated to making a social impact. Gonzalez graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with focus on finance and management.
“Juan has lived in this area his whole life and has deep ties to the community,” said Ethan Lane (NMLS #1381273), branch manager of Mortgage Network’s Mount Pleasant office. “With his market knowledge and business acumen, Juan will be able to help many home buyers and homeowners make sound decisions that are in line with their financing needs. We’re happy to have him on our team.”
“It’s great to be part of Mortgage Network,” said Gonzalez. “This company’s high-ranking customer service is unmatched, and that speaks volumes to me. I’m looking forward to doing my part to help those looking to refinance or buy a home navigate the mortgage process. We definitely have many ways to help them reach their goals.”
Gonzalez says the current demand for homes is high in the Charleston area, so he advises buyers to plan ahead.
“The Charleston real estate market is as busy as it’s ever been,” he said. “Historically low rates combined with many homebuyers moving from pricier areas of the country to our community is sparking a big demand for homes. I encourage anyone looking to buy or refinance to speak with a trusted lender now to develop a strategy. They can help you determine the best approach to make it a smooth process.”
